Solio Classic Hybrid

Hey everyone, I am looking in to purchasing a portable solar charger for my mini devices a couple being my iPod Touch 3rd gen, and my LG Env Touch. So far, I have been considering these two models in particular-

the Powermonkey Explorer Solar Charger (going for around $100.00 on amazon)

and the Solio Classic Hybrid Solar Charger (going for around $70.00 on amazon)

I am open to other suggestions, though I am hoping to stay within the price range of $100.00
I know how long it can take for these to fully charge from the panels, but am hoping to rely on whichever I end up with in the case of an emergency, or power outage, when I go camping, or on trips.

Which is better quality, and more durable? Also the best bang for your buck.
I am already leaning in the direction of the Solio Classic mainly because it's cheaper, its cool design, and that its battery pack is one piece with the panels unlike the Powermonkey.
