Can anyone help me clear my pay check problems?
I work through manpower for at least 3 months for a company as a chemical lab technician working with gas chromatography and analyzing purity of freon.
Right now i am being paid 12/hr by manpower. I do not know how much the company is going to pay after they hire me.
Is there any way I could negotiate my pay once they hire me? do you think since I am getting paid only 12/hr that means i will be paid only a dollar more? How does this work?
When the company takes you on permanently, is it a seemless transition where you just sign health forms and stuff, or do you meet with them and they make you a job offer?
if there is an interview process, you can probably negotiate you pay at that time ... you may want to ask the company's HR rep and see what is involved and what options you have ...
