How do you choose what color of light switch plates to use?
My walls are all light colored, the wood craftsman style trim is a medium dark oak. What color do I need to have the electrical and switch plates? The cold air returns are in the tall baseboard trim, they are 1/2 inch taller than the trim. I was going to have them be brown to match the baseboards. Do I have the plates brown also? Pick up some new white switch plates. It will look fresh and clean.
