so the maintenance guy said that he could hook it into the power outlet near the ground, but there would me a wire running up through my wall..
i'm 16 years old & i really want my chandelier... so...

What would be cute would be, do you have alot of fun pictures with you and your friends? You could cut them out with fun scissors and take cute close pins or clamps and clamp them on the string, so people wouldn't be looking at the wire, but all the pictures. And it's not expensive and it's easy so if you don't like it it wasn't really a waste of time or Money. Hope I helped(:
