Can my landlord refuse to flush out central heating system?
my heating does not work upstairs and when i approached my landlord he told me to use an electric heater to warm kids bedroom before they go to bed. Not only does this create an extra cost to me the dry heat produced is affecting my sons asthma. Please help me!!
i have bled radiators numerous times still no heat
You rented the apartment with central air and he should provide you wilth central air or he is breaking the lease. Tell him you don't want an electric heater in your kids room because it's too dangerous. Fires can start so easy with those heaters. Tell him if he doesn't fix it you will have to contact a repairman to fix the problem and you will have to deduct it from the rent. Good luck, he's being a jerk.
