I want to hook up somthing on a rocker switch but i need help!!!?
Is the 2 prongs on a rocker switch both hot? I mean the hot wire coming off the batt goes to one prong is for yhr hot coming off of what im hooking up then I ground it to anything right?
Or is the second prong a ground and I hook both hots to one prong?
Hook power from the battery to one prong and the other prong will power up the item you are running. The item will ground to the chassis if it is on an automobile. There are many rocker switches on the market so be sure you get one that can handle the amps that the device will use. Good luck.
