Plastic shrink wrapper machine problem. Plastic fuses to the plastic wrap on the product? Does anyone know how to over come this problem? In other words how do we get the plastic to shrink without fusing onto the plastic covering on the product. Bright ideas welcome.
Put something that plastic won't cling to on the inner plastic covering. Oil probably isn't a good idea, since it could dissolve the plastic. However, an aerosol lubricant that isn't oil-based might keep them separated. Perhaps PTFE or something similar.
