Is it possible to run two subs off a single monoblock amp?
I have a monoblock amp with 250 RMS. Is it possible to run two 12" subs off of it? Is there a way to wire it so that way the two subs will both see that 250 watts? Or will it only run one sub? New to this car audio stuff, need your help. Also if you know of any wiring guides online that are helpful please let me know. Ill be doing this all for the first time.
12 volt.com has alot of information and wiring diagrams. it depends is it 250 @ 4ohms? and does the specs say what the amp pushes at@ 2ohms? learn about wiring subs in series and parallel, and how to change and create different loads but still usuing the same items this is how you learn to match subs with amps and how to get the most power out of what you have. yes you can run 2 subs off a monoblock, now what power they recieve from the amp depends on the amp.
