Damn Mitchie is right on this one. Baccano is THE best mafia anime I've ever seen, even though it doesn't have much content to do witht he mafia. If does have gun shooting and awesome characters.
Also you might like, Cowboy Bebop.
I HIGHLY recommend watching Baccano in the English dub.
