outdoor electrical receptacle covers?
i've been installing those new plastic bubble receptacle covers on my exterior. i know they are code for wet location, but what is the definition of a wet location? anywhere rain would hit? i've got two receptacles in my back porch, under a 9' deep porch covering. is that considered a wet location? what will an inspector want to see?
If the wind can blow water on the porch, yes. It has to have an in use cover.
Good luck.
