Does this sound like a reasonable day, in terms of food?
I'm not really counting, but trying to eat healthier than I have been. This was my breakfast and what I was thinking for the rest of the day.

8 am
3 hard boiled egg whites
1 whole grain English muffin
1/4 cup grapes
5 strawberries
1 slice of honey dew
4 slices pineapple
1 cup skim milk
12 pm
1 whole grain bagel
light cream cheese
3 pm
1 cup vegetarian chili
6 pm
1 large salad with romaine, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, peppers, beans, feta cheese, and low fat dressing

As a college student, I never give myself time to eat.. I usually eat nothing until 8 or 9 pm, and then it's usually something really bad like french fries or pizza. It's funny that I'm overweight and I feel like I never eat! But I'm eating more often and changing to more healthful foods (I think). So does this seem okay?
It actually sounds very good. The only thing lacking is protein. There is nearly none in your diet. Your brekky is excellent.
For lunch add some chicken or ham, with more veggies. I find that tomato, spinach, onion and shredded ham or chicken is delicious on a bagel with cream cheese. If you're a vegetarian, add cheese, or some sort of protein substitute. Veggie burgers are delicious, cheap and can usually be cooked in the microwave, or cooked in the morning and heated up.
Add some chicken to that salad, and you're in business. Or again, you can buy cans of kidney beans, strain and rinse them well, and toss them in, great protein and taste yummy.
Also, you might consider a couple of handfuls of unsalted almonds, or other nuts throughout the day.
Add a half hour of hard cardio and some light weights, and you're well on your way to loosing weight, very quickly and healthily!!

Oh, I almost forgot, lots and lots of water.
