Can you suggest me some decorating ideas -page borders please ....
Since you have so much information to present, I suggest typing it out nicely with bullets and headliners. Perhaps you could put the white paper on colored construction paper with the country's/state's colors? Matting the white gives it a professional look. Since it's India, maybe use some tassels or jewels around the edges of the words...or even some satin for the background. You could really dress it up if you discover fashion in that area. You could totally make the background look like a Sari if you tried. The main points that you need to focus on would be arranging everything into categories.
