will this fan be too low with my size ceiling?
I'm looking at a fan that is 22". The ceiling where it will be is 8' 8" (it is an 8' ceiling with an 8" tray inset). The fan will be over the foot of our bed, so I'm not concerned about it's clearance for humans passing beneath. I'm mainly just concerned it will look strange/too low. Thoughts?
One final thought is that it does have a lamp at the bottom. So, while the cords and lamp won't be much above 7', it is another 6" or more up before the blades. So, maybe the lamp helps it taper down into the room? Not sure...
It will only be a problem if you are 6' 10".... I would be really safe.....
