Can anyone give a photo a wall that has 2ft. alternating stripes of blue and white? A little pottery barnish?
My mom and I are having communication issues on redecorating my room. I like shabby chic, vintage stuff, but I have lot a styles i wanted to tie into my room. I.e, I have ribbons and trophies, I have certificates, and model horses, etc. I wanted a room that would go with anything. So since my shabby chic type blue quilt was already a pretty sky blue, I decided to go with alternating 2 ft. wide blue and white stripes with pencil thin mahogany borders on each stripe, going from floor to ceiling. I need a good picture to show my mom, but alas, have not found one. Please help. Thanx

do a search under blue striped wallpaper (under fabric and wallpaper link) and show your mom an example of the stripes you want and you can paint them like the wallpaper. You can even ask the company for a swatch...most of the time they will give them out for free or for very cheap....
