Chemical Gas Liquid

Chemical Gas Liquid
How do you write the chemical reaction that begins with Na and H2O and reacts to make H gas and NaOH?

Solid sodium is added to liquid water and reacts to produce hydrogen gas and aqueous sodium hydroxide. The equation needs to be balanced and includes all the phases (solid, liquid, gas) in the answer.

Na2(s) + 2H2O(l) ---> 4H2(g) + 2NaOH(aq.)
