Why keep cooking oil warm or hot for long time storage?
i see that supermarkets and large kitchens sometimes have tanks about the size of hot water tanks that have a little cart with a pump attached to it for pumping the used cooking oil into the tank, and it than keeps the cooking oil warm for long periods of time. it also has an outlet pipe on the outside of the building for pumping out oil. why keep the used oil warm??
Because warm-hot oil flows easier to pass through filter.
