rotary cuff damage??
well beginning of March, a football came my way and a friend asked me to throw it back to him... i tried my best and threw it, but felt a sharp pain when i did so. didn't think much of it but as weeks went by it hurt more and more. its now june and i still havnt got a chance to check it cuz' been waiting on my insurance fixing. going in pretty soon, but read online i might of damaged my rotary cuff?? it hurts to lean on when laying down, sometimes when putting on clothes, carrying heavy things, raising arm up in certain ways... has this happened to any one? its been a while now and it still hurts so i'm guessing i did do something to it.
its very possible that it could be your rotator cuff...see an orthopedic doctor
