i just wanna lose the excess fat (such as belly fat, thigh fat, lower leg fat, toning the arms, and all that) i know you can't exactly target your weight loss.
Jogging everyday on the treadmill (at least 2 miles for 30 minutes - i increase 5 minutes every other day)
I would not say it is a balanced diet. But, you are on the right track. At 14 your big aim is getting the right caloric intake for your body weight, and activity level. If you feel fatigued on this diet then up the calories, or add a snack. As this daily meal routine might get a bit boring to your pallet I would also recommend changing it up a bit. Remember your body adapts to workouts, and so also change up your exercise routine regularly.
