theyre in parralel connected to a solar pannel with blocking diodes on both terminals of inputs. ( solar pannel - and + )
the batteries are connected after the diodes of course, just want to clearify,.
i know at some point the 20 ah will be more charged ( amp wise ) and will see the 35 ah as a "load" i figured when the voltage is around 13 - 13.25 i should disconnect and charge seperatley.
i wasnt sure to what extent is my calculations correct.
both have the same 14.4-15v cycle use and 13.3-14.2 standby use.

Each time a battery is added in parallel the load resistance on the solar panel is reduced. When the load resistance becomes too low from paralleling more batteries then too much Voltage will be dropped across the internal resistance of the solar panel and charge current will cease to flow into any of the batteries. The diodes should prevent any of the batteries from discharging back into the solar panel or into any of the lessor charged batteries.
In my opinion you will not damage the solar panel by connecting the two batteries in parallel to the solar panel but you may not be able to charge the batteries while they are connected in parallel. I assume you have been able to charge the batteries separately from the solar panel. If so you can always go back to charging the batteries separately if you are unable to charge them together. The total time required to charge the batteries separately should be a little less than that required to charge them paralleled together.
Please do not take my advice as absolute truths because I have never seen a solar panel much less worked with one.
