Where can I get a high purity vacuum?
or how can I make one. I would like on that uses compressed air to create a vacuum, and preferably high grade ss to avoid corrosion from high purity gases. Any advice, comments, etc would be great, thanks.
You don't use compressed gases to make a vacuum. You use a vacuum pump.

"Stainless steel high-vacuum fittings" can be found by googling that string. Swagelok also sells stuff you can use, although they don't sell flanges and most of their fittings are for high pressure, not high vacuum (search for ultra-torr fittings on swagelok).
It would help a lot if you added some details on what you are trying to do and what level of vacuum you need.
